REDEFINE (the “Company”) is registered address at 3rd Floor Main Bldg. Pinerock Hotel, Kodekamp-Alpha Hall, Brgy. San Francisco, San Pablo City, Laguna, Calabarzon, Philippines 4000. The Company is the owner and developer of the website and online platform, redefine.ph.
REDEFINE reserves the right at its absolute discretion to modify, delete or add to any of the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement at any time without further notice.
By using redefine.ph, the USER agrees to the following:
OWNERSHIP
That the USER acknowledges that the transaction fees paid, if any, to REDEFINE does not convey ownership of the redefine.ph website or any component. It is understood that the transaction fees are payment for services rendered by REDEFINE.
PURPOSE
That the USER would like to onboard, use and avail of the features and services of REDEFINE redefine.phto offer or enroll to OTDC and ODEP, in doing so, the USER shall also use the platform REDEFINE.PH according to the rules, regulations, and standard operating procedures set forth by REDEFINE.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Redefine.ph and all its content (including, but not limited to, information, videos, communications, software, images and sounds contained on or available through the platform) is provided by REDEFINE and/or third-party providers. The intellectual property rights to or over the contents contained in the platform belong to REDEFINE and/or third-party providers. All rights are reserved. The contents of Redefine.ph cannot be reproduced, modified, transferred, distributed, republished, downloaded, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means including, but not limited to, electronic, mechanical photocopying or recording.
DENIAL OF SERVICE
REDEFINE reserves the right to revoke access or deny service to the USER in the event that the same is found to have used the REDEFINE.PH website for any unlawful, fraudulent, illicit or abusive purpose, as determined by the Company. The Company also reserves the right to file the appropriate legal action against the erring USER or person/s concerned, and to charge the appropriate pre-termination fee, if any.
MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT
That it is understood that the REDEFINE shall provide maintenance support, technical and customer support to ensure the unhampered and efficient operations of REDEFINE.PH. REDEFINE shall ensure that any issues or concerns that the USER may have will be promptly answered within reasonable span of time.
THIRD PARTY LIABILITY
That the USER, during its use of the REDEFINE.PH website, shall hold the REDEFINE free and without fault for any damages, liability or responsibility to any person or property arising out of or as consequence of the use of the REDEFINE.PH website.
JUDICIAL RELIEF
These Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with Philippine law, including matters on enforcement and performance. Any dispute arising out of this agreement shall be filed with the proper courts in San Pablo City, Laguna, Philippines only.
